Can you cut two pieces 1-1/2 inches in length for the ends of a 63 inch wall?

Yes the Smoke Grey 3x6 Glossy Glass Subway Tile can be cut to size, for small format glass tile are best cut with specialty glass mosaic tile cutters/clippers, and the larger sizes such as the 4 x 12 Crystile series glass tiles are best cut with a wet saw. Cut edges are very sharp and should be smoothed with carbide paper or a "white stone" available at tile dealers.
